摘  要:[目的]采用超高效液相色谱法,建立酚菌酮在环境样品中的残留检测方法。[方法]使用ACQUITY UPLCR BEHC_(18)柱,以乙腈-水(体积比60∶40)为流动相,在UV 252.0 nm下外标法定量分析。[结果]采用丙酮提取、二氯甲烷萃取的方法,土壤和沉积物中回收率分别为82.0%~98.0%、81.0%~89.0%,相对标准偏差为0.67%~5.34%、3.54%~4.77%。采样乙腈提取,冷冻净化的方法,斑马鱼体中的回收率为74.0%~87.0%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~3.9%。[结论]该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于酚菌酮的环境样品中的快速检测。[Aims] A method for determination of Fenjuntong in environmental samples by UPLC was developed. [Methods] The analysis was with the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water (60:40, by vol) as mobile phase, BEHC18 column as fix phase at 252.0 nm and quantified by external standard method. [Results] The soil and sediment samples were extracted with acetone and dichloromethane. The recoveries in soil and sediment were 82.0-98.0% and 81.0-89.0%, the RSDs were 0.67-5.34% and 3.54-4.77%, respectively. The zebra fish was extracted with acetonitrile, the recovery was 74.0-87.0%, RSD was 3.4-3.9%. [Conclusions] The method is rapid and simple with high sensitivity and good reproducibility, which is suitable for determination of Fenjuntong in environmental samples.
