摘　　要：目的对成都市售白芷、粉葛中二氧化硫残留情况进行检测,分析目前市场上中药硫熏现状。方法酸蒸馏碘滴定法。结果市售白芷、粉葛中药材样品均有二氧化硫残留,且部分超过国家标准。结论市售中药材二氧化硫残留现象普遍,应引起高度重视,加大监管力度。Objective To determine sulfur dioxide residue levels in commercial Chinese medicinal angelica and kudzu in Chengdu and investigate the present situation of sulfur fumigation of Chinese medicinal materials in the market. Methods The acid distilled iodine titration method was used. Results Sulfur dioxide residue were de- tected in both commercial angelica and kudzu, and the levels in part of the samples were higher than limits specified in national standards. Conclusion Sulfur dioxide residue commonly exists in commercial Chinese me- dicinal materials. The problem requires to be paid serious attention and intensified regula
