摘  要:目的了解宜宾市翠屏区农药中毒现状,为制定针对性的农药中毒防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法以翠屏区2010-2016年农药中毒监测资料为基础,分析农药中毒发生的人群、时间、地区、种类分布特征。结果宜宾市翠屏区2010-2016年农药中毒928人,死亡33人,病死率为3.56%。主要集中在农村地区,中毒类型主要是非生产性自服。中毒人数女性大于男性,以40~49岁年龄组最高,所占比例为20.58%;病死率以80岁以上年龄组最高,为9.09%。第2季度为发病高峰,有机磷类农药中毒最多。结论农药中毒已成为危害宜宾市翠屏区居民健康的公共卫生问题,农村地区的农药管理和女性农药自服为关注重点,应建立有效的控制措施。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of acute pesticide poisoning in Cuiping District of Yibin and provide evidence for development of prevention and control strategies. Methods Based on the surveillance data of pesticide poisoning in Cuiping District from 2010 to 2016, the affected populations, occurrence time, distribution areas and types of pesticide poisoning were characterized. Results From 2010 to 2016, pesticide poisoning occurred in 928 in Cuiping District of Yibin and resulted in 33 deaths (3.56%). The events mainly occurred in rural areas and non - productive poisoning was the major type. More females were poisoned than males. The incidence rate was the highest (20.58%) in people aged between 40 and 49, while the fatality rate was the highest (9.09%) in people aged over 80. The incidence peaked in the second quarter, and organic phosphorous pesticides were responsible for the most of events. Conclusion Pesticide poisoning has become a public health problem threatening residents' health in Cuiping District of Yibin. Pesticide management in rural areas and suicides using pesticides are the focus of concern. Effective control measures should be developed.
