摘 要:为了提高浅埋坚硬特厚煤层综放开采顶煤放出率,以千树塔煤矿11301综放工作面为研究背景,采用数值模拟和现场试验方法对坚硬顶煤块体冒落结构、放煤工艺等进行了研究。结果表明:一刀一放顶煤放出率高于两刀一放,多轮放煤顶煤放出率高出单轮放煤。提出以提高顶煤放出率为落脚点,对放煤工艺进行优化,得到合理的放煤工艺为"一刀一放、多轮顺序"。In order to improve the top-coal recovery ratio of extra-thick hard coal seam with shallow bury in fully mechanized Sublevel caving mining, taking the 11301 working face in Qianshuta coal mine as the research background, the hard top-coal blocks caving structure and caving technology are studied by using numerical simulation and field test. The results show that the top-coal recovery ratio of one mining one drawing is higher than that of two mining one caving. The top-coal recovery ratio of multiple times caving is higher than that of one time caving. Based on the higher recovery ratio of hard top coal blocks, the reasonable Caving technology is one mining one drawing and multiple times caving.
