摘 要:研究设计了一种应用PLC、组态软件和数据库技术,并结合工业以太网的矿区井下水泵实时监控故障预警平台系统,实现了矿区全范围水泵设备系统的监控覆盖、设备工况的实时监测和远程控制以及水泵设备故障的安全预警。提出了系统的总体设计方案,设计了系统硬件和组网方案,开发了平台软件监控系统,经过实验室测试和运行,结果表明该系统工作稳定、运行可靠,可有效监控矿区所有水泵设备系统的运行工况,并能对故障设备进行预警提示。A kind of real-time monitoring and fault early warning platform system for the mine underground drainage equipment based on PLC,configuration software, database technology and industrial Ethernet has been developed. The platform system can realize real-time monitoring and remote control for parameters and working condition of mine underground drainage equipment system,as well as all of drainage equipment system in underground mine area can be monitoring and equipment fault warning. The overall structure,software design, hardware design and network scheme are put forward. Test debugging of the platform system is carried out in laboratory. It has been shown by the laboratory test that the platform system work stable and reliable operation, which can effectively monitor the all the operating state of mining area all pump equipment system and can prompt early warning system for fault equipment.
