摘  要:根据现有普通U型钢可缩性支架的特点,设计了封闭型U型钢可缩性支架。通过应力分析,对不同深度条件下U型钢局部变形量进行比较,得出大采深矿井U型钢支护时,应力主要集中在柱腿部分。通过普通U型钢可缩性支架和封闭型U型钢可缩性支架在不同深度地应力条件的数值模拟分析,得出封闭型U型钢可缩性支架的支撑效果明显优于普通U型钢可缩性支架,其性能明显优于普通U型钢可缩性支架。Based on the characteristics of the existing U-shaped steel retractable stent designed U- shaped steel closed retractable stand. Through stress analysis, the amount of local deformation of U-shaped steel under conditions of different depths to compare yields: mining deep mines large U-shaped steel support, mainly in stress stub portion. By U-shaped steel arch retractable steel bracket and U- shaped closed retractable holder in numerical simulation of different depths to stress conditions analysis, the closed U-steel arched support retractable stent is better than U-shaped steel arch shaped retractable bracket, its performance was also better than the U-shaped steel arch retractable stand.
