摘 要:对新型变振幅等厚筛6 mm筛分作业的激振参数进行研究,探究各参数之间的交互作用。结果表明:激振频率42.5 Hz、激振力比值1.22以及激振横梁跨距占比45%时,筛分效果分别达到最佳;激振力比与横梁跨距占比的交互作用明显,对筛分效果影响程度较大,其次为激振频率与横梁跨距占比的交互作用,激振频率与激振力比组合对筛分效果影响最小。The vibration parameters of a novel equal-thickness screen in 6 mm screening operations were studied. The interaction of the parameters was found out. The results showed that the best screening effect could be achieved when vibration frequency was 42.5 Hz, the excitation force ratio was 1.22 and the span of excitation beams accounted for 45%. The impact on the screening effect from interaction between excitation force ratio and span of beams was most obvious, and interaction between excitation frequency and the span of beams was also significant. Effect of combination of excitation frequency and excitation force ratio on screening effect was the least.
