摘　　要：系统介绍了Vinacomin-河林煤炭公司11煤层在松软倾斜厚煤层条件下采用综采放顶煤工艺开采的安全成熟技术,探索了在该条件下综放设备使用中稳定性控制。研究了矿压规律、煤岩运移规律和冒放特性以及顶煤冒落失稳机理,探索了煤壁浅孔注水和倾斜煤层设备防滑等技术,实现了该煤层条件下安全高效开采。Has introduced systematically Vinacomin-Ha Lam coal company seam 11 under the condition soft-inclined-thick coal seam, Adopt safe and mature new techniques of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology. The stability control of the use of fully mechanized caving equipment under the condition is explored. The law of rock pressure is studied. Coal and rock movement law ＆ caving characteristics and mechanism of top coal caving, and safe and efficient mining under the condition of the coal seam is realized.
