老年患者无痛肠镜术中应用纳布啡与丙泊酚的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨纳布啡与丙泊酚联合应用在老年患者无痛肠镜麻醉中的临床效果。方法选取2014年12月-2015年12月在本院接受治疗的90例行无痛肠镜术的老年患者作为本研究的实验对象,随机分为A组和B组,研究组给予纳布啡复合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组给予芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果、各项体征指标和不良反应发生情况。结果 A组丙泊酚总用量少于B组(P<0.05),苏醒时间短于B组(P<0.05),术中和术后不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论纳布啡复合丙泊酚用于老年患者无痛肠镜麻醉,效果显著,可更好地提高手术安全性,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To study the application efficacy of Nalbuphine combined with Propofol in elderly patients with painless enteroscope.Methods 90 elderly patients with painless enteroscopy admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December2015 were selected as research objects in the study and randomly divided into research group and control group.In the research group,Nalbuphine combined with propofol were applied for anesthetization,while in the control group,fentanyl combined with propofol were used for anesthetization.The anesthetic effect,adverse reaction and body character index both groups were compared.Results The total dosage of propofol in research group was less than that in control group（P〈0.05）,awakening time in research group was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence rate of adverse reaction during and after surgery in research group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The anesthetic effect of Nalbuphine combined with Propofol in elderly patients with painless enteroscope is better andcan better improve operation safety and decrease the occurrence of adverse reaction.
