穴位贴敷联合补肺益寿合剂治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾阴虚证)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷联合补肺益寿合剂治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾阴虚证)的临床疗效。方法:将反复呼吸道感染患儿240例随机分为穴位贴敷组(A),补肺益寿合剂组(B),穴位贴敷联合补肺益寿合剂组(C),匹多莫德组(D),对比4组患儿临床疗效、感染发作次数及持续时间。结果:总有效率比较,A、B、C组高于D组(P<0.05),A、B、C 3组之间比较,C组优于A、B组(P<0.05);4组症状总积分治疗前后组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后A、B、C组与D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、C组组间比较,C组优于A、B组(P<0.05)。感染发作次数及持续时间,治疗前后组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后A、B、C组与D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、C组组间比较,A、C组优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合补肺益寿合剂治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾阴虚证)疗效优于单纯西药及单纯穴位贴敷或单纯补肺益寿合剂治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupoint application combined with BuFei YiShou mixture in treating infantile recurrent respiratory infection（RRI） （Lung-spleen Yin Deficiency Syndrome）. Methods： 240 infants with RRI were randomly divided into acupoint application group （A）, BuFei YiShou mixture group（B）, acupoint application group combined with BuFei YiShou mixture group（C）, the pidotimod group（D group）, the clinical effects, frequency of infection and duration of infants were compared in four groups. Results： Total effective rates in A, B and C groups were higher than that of D group, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）, compared A group B, C group, C group was better than A and B group（P〈0.05）; compared total symptom scores before and after treatment within groups, there were statistical differences in four groups （P〈0.05）, compared it between A, B and C groups, C group was better than A and B groups （P〈0.05）. Compared infection frequency and duration, there were statistical differences before and after treatment within groups （P〈0.05）, compared these between A, B and C groups, A and C groups were better than B group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of acupoint application combined with BuFei YiShou mixture in treating RRI are better than simple Western medicine and simple acupoint application or simple BuFei YiShou mixture.
