摘　　要：从降压疗效、血压节律、停减药率、稳定性、对心脑肾的保护作用等方面阐述石学敏院士依据"气海失司、营运失调"病机,且以气海理论为依据创立的针刺治疗高血压病的"活血散风、疏肝健脾"的针刺方法,指出该方法已成为"石氏"中风单元不可分隔的因素。Needling methods of ＂blood-activating and wind-dispersing, liver-soothing and spleen-invigorating＂, which was applied to treat hypertension, established by academician Shi Xuemin according to the pathogenesis of ＂QiHai disturbance, disharmony of Ying blood＂ on the foundation of QiHai theory, is elucidated from the effects of lowering blood pressure, blood pressure and rhythm, the rate of stoping and reducing drugs, the stability, the protective effects to heart, brain and kidney, and it is pointed out that the method is an indivisible factor of Shi＇s stroke unit.
