摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症是一种由多种因素及多基因混乱导致的疾病,其对女性的健康和潜在生育能力有严重的负面影响。子宫内膜的异位种植始于子宫内膜细胞外基质的重塑,而基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物可通过各种方式调节子宫内膜细胞外基质的重塑过程。因此,探讨基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物在子宫内膜异位症中的表达对研究内异症患者的发病机制和病情发展至关重要。Endometriosis is a disease caused by a variety of factors and muhiple genetic disorder, which has a serious negative impact on women＇s heahh and potential potentia generandi. Ectopic endometrial transplantation began with the endometrial extracellular matrix remodeling, and matrix metalloproteinases and its inhibitors can regulate endometrial extra- cellular matrix remodeling process through a variety of ways. Therefore ~discussion about the matrix metalloproteinase and its inhibitor in endometriosis expression is important for studying the pathogenesis of endometriosis and the progression Of the disease.
