摘　　要：异常阴道出血是常见的妇科疾病,其主要影响不仅表现为发病率高,还严重影响患者的生活质量,消耗大量的医疗保健费用。异常阴道出血可发生于女性的不同年龄阶段,各年龄段女性生理特点不同,其出血原因、高危因素也不同。应充分了解女性异常阴道出血住院的常见病因及高危因素,提高临床医师对异常阴道出血的认识,同时贯彻落实预防为主、防治结合的方针,降低其发生率。Abnormal vaginal bleeding is a common disease in gynecology, the main influence of which includes high incidence, serious influence on the patient＇s quality of life,and large health care costs. Abnormal vaginal bleeding can occur in women of different ages, the bleeding causes,risk factors are different in women with different physiological characteris- tics. The common causes and risk factors of abnormal vaginal bleeding for female hospitalization should be fully understood, and the clinicians＇ understanding of abnormal vaginal bleeding should be improved under the policy of prevention first and prevention ＆ treatment combination, so as to reduce its incidence.
