摘　　要：二丁酰环磷腺苷钙属于蛋白激酶激活剂,是较新型的人体第二信使——环腺苷酸的衍生物,可优化细胞能量代谢,抗血小板聚集和黏附,保护缺血的心肌细胞,改善患者生活质量,显著提高患者的心功能。近年来其在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛、充血性心力衰竭、缺血/再灌注损伤治疗中的应用越来越广泛,并且在皮肤病、脑卒中等方面的应用也积极开展。Calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate is a new type of derivative of cyclic adenosine monophosphate cAMP） which belongs to human second messengers. It is the stimulators of protein kinases that can optimize the cell energy metabolism, resist platelet aggregation and adhesion, protect ischemic myocardial cells, thus improve the cardiac function and quality of life of the patients. In recent years, its application in the treatment of unstable angina, congestive heart failure,ischemia/reperfusion injury of coronary atherosclerotic disease is getting wider and its application in skin dis- eases and stroke is actively wiling out as well.
