摘 要:介绍了一种适用于海上油田水处理的非离子型缓蚀剂。考察了温度、二氧化碳压力、缓蚀剂浓度、硫化氢浓度和盐含量对该缓蚀剂缓蚀效果的影响,并与几种常规阳离子型咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果进行了对比。现场使用表明,当该缓蚀剂投加量为35 mg/L时,挂片腐蚀率在0.009 mm/a以内,缓蚀效果优异。同时,该缓蚀剂的使用可以解决与阴离子型清水剂和絮凝剂作用互相抵消的问题,在海上油田具有广泛的应用前景。A kind of non-ionic corrosion inhibitor suitable for oilfield water treatment is introduced. The influencesof temperature,carbon dioxide pressure,corrosion inhibitor concentration,hydrogen sulfide concentration and saltcontent on the corrosion inhibition effect of the corrosion inhibitor are investigated. The corrosion inhibition effectof the corrosion inhibitor has been compared with several kinds of conventional cationic imidazoline corrosioninhibitors. The practice on site indicates that when the corrosion inhibitor dosage is 35 mg/L,the coupon corrosionrate is within 0.009 mm/a,having excellent corrosion inhibiting effect. Meanwhile,the usage of this corrosioninhibitor can solve the problem in the cancellation action between anion type water clarifier and flocculant. It meansthat the non-ionic corrosion inhibitor has wide application prospect in offshore oilfields.
