摘  要:降低注水系统生产能耗是一项重要的研究课题。变频调速控制技术作为当今最节能的电气控制设备,已在油田生产过程中得到广泛应用。文中提出在注水泵电机上安装高压变频调速装置,依据注水管网需要的压力进行参数设定,自动调节注水量,既可节约大量的电能又能降低机泵损耗的技术应用方案,介绍了变频调速技术工作原理、高压注水泵变频运行的优点、现场应用情况以及综合效果评价等。实践证明,在油田高压注水泵站推广应用高压变频调速技术,具有良好的节能降耗性能和社会经济效益,对油田实施低成本发展战略和创建绿色节能油田有良好的促进作用。Reducing energy consumption of water injection system is an important research topic. Variable frequency speed control technology, as the most energy-efficient electrical control equipment, has been widely used in the production process of oil field. In this paper the installation of high voltage frequency converter in water injection pump motor, parameter setting based on the need of water pressure, automatic adjustment of water injection, the application of loss can save much energy and reduce the pump, introduces the principle of frequency control technology, the high pressure pump frequency operation, the advantages of the application situation and comprehensive evaluation. Practice has proved that in the field of high pressure water injection pump station to promote the application of highvoltage inverter technology, energy saving performance and has good social and economic benefits, the implementation of low-cost oil development strategy and create a green energy-saving oil has a good role in promoting.
