摘　　要：目的:探讨有氧运动对糖尿病前期伴高血压患者血压及脉压的影响。方法:选取46例糖尿病前期伴高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为有氧运动组(A组)23例和对照组(B组)23例,A组以有氧运动方式对其进行干预,B组维持原来的生活方式不变,观察并比较干预前、后两组的血压及脉压水平。结果:干预前,两组收缩压、舒张压、脉压比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);经过24周干预后,A组收缩压、舒张压及脉压均较干预前明显下降(均P<0.05);且A组的收缩压和脉压的下降幅度均优于B组(均P<0.05)。结论:有氧运动能改善糖尿病前期伴高血压患者的血压,减小其脉压。Objective：To study the effect of aerobic exercise on blood pressure and pulse pressure in hyper- tensive patients with prediabetes. Methods：46 hypertensive patients with prediabetes were randomly divid- ed into group A and group B, with 23 cases in each group. The patients in group A received aerobic exer- cise training, while those in group B received no exercise intervention. The blood pressure and pulse pres-sure between the two groups were Results. Before intervention, significant difference between there the two compared. was no groups inssure （ P〉0.05）. After 24 weeks of inter- pulse pressure in group A were significantly （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion..
