摘　　要：目的:分析四肢严重开放性骨折患者行负压封闭引流技术(VSD)加外固定器治疗的术后护理及对患者精神心理影响。方法:选取2011年1月至2015年1月在西安医学院第二附属医院就诊的四肢严重开放性骨折患者100例,均进行VSD加外固定器治疗,按术后护理方式的不同,将接受常规护理的患者作为对照组,将接受优质护理干预的患者作为观察组,每组50例。对比两组骨折愈合情况及术后并发症发生情况,并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者干预前、后的焦虑、抑郁症状进行评定。结果:观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,骨折愈合有效率和护理满意度高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对四肢严重开放性骨折患者采取VSD加外固定器治疗,并配合优质护理干预,可改善患者心理状态,促进患者康复,减少术后并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of postoperative nursing care on mental and psychological state in severe open limb fractures patients undergoing vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with external fixator.Methods:From January 2011 to January 2015,100 patients with severe open fractures of the extremities in our hospital were selected.All patients were treated with VSD combined with external fixator and were divided into two groups according to different methods of nursing care after operation:an observation group in which the patients received high quality nursing care,and a control group in which the patients received routine nursing care.The clinical efficacy,incidence of postoperative complications,selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were compared.Results:The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The healing response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the addition of high quality nursing care,VSD combined with external fixator could achieve significant effect on the treatment of severe open fractures of the extremities.It could promote recovery and reduce postoperative complications,thus be worthy of clinical application.
