摘　　要：目的:探讨手部非结核分枝杆菌感染患者治疗的护理配合经验。方法:选取2015年8月-2016年8月本院收治的手部非结核分枝杆菌感染患者46例,对患者进行早期密切的病情观察、健康宣教、心理疏导、正确规范指导服用抗痨药物及围手术期护理。结果:46例手部非结核分枝感染患者经过积极治疗和有效护理后,感染症状得到有效控制,随访至少3个月,优24例,良22例。结论:对手部非结核分枝杆菌感染患者采取积极有效治疗和相应的护理措施后,可促进患者的早期、快速康复。Objective： To investigate the nursing cooperation in the treatment of patients with hand non-tuberculous mycobacteria （ NTM ） infection.Method： 46 patients with hand non-tuberculous mycobacteria in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected, patients were given close observation, early disease health education, psychological counseling, taken anti-tuberculosis drugs and guided the perioperative care. Result： 46 patients with hand non-tuberculous mycobacteria after active treatment and effective care, infection symptoms were effectively controlled, followed up for 3 months, excellent in 24 cases, good in 22 cases. Conclusion： Active and effective treafment and corresponding nursing measures can promote the early and rapid recovery of patients with hand non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection.
