摘 要:目的:探讨基层医院营养护士对糖尿病患者进行医学营养治疗教育的效果。方法:选取住院的2型糖尿病患者110例随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组由临床科室护士执行常规的饮食指导,观察组由营养科护士完成医学营养治疗教育。观察两组患者指导前后糖尿病饮食知识知晓率和饮食治疗依从性。结果:饮食指导后,两组患者对糖尿病饮食知识知晓率都有不同程度提高,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(/=13.145、18.679、42.820、42.820、42.820、52.511、59.479、50.128,P<0.001)。接受饮食指导后,两组患者的饮食治疗依从性均有一定程度提高,观察组评分一般和差的情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=5.355、P=0.021,χ~2=15.415、P<0.001);两组评分优良的情况比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.949,P=0.086)。结论:营养护士对糖尿病患者进行医学营养治疗教育,可提高患者对医学营养治疗知识的认知程度,有效改善患者饮食治疗的依从性。Objective: To explore the effect of nutrition nurses in primary hospital on medical nutrition therapy for patients with diabetes.Method: 110 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine dietary guidance by clinical nurses, and the observation group was completed nutrition nursing education by the department of nutrition nurses.Before and after the guidance, the awareness rate of diabetes diet knowledge and diet treatment compliance in two groups were observed.Result: After dietary guidance, the two groups of patients with diabetes diet knowledge had different degrees of improvement, the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (x2=13.145, 18.679, 42.820, 42.820, 42.820, 52.511, 59.479, 50.128, P〈0.001 ).Afterdietaryguidance, two groups of patients with dietary treatment compliance were improved to a certain extent, general and poor scores in the observation group were better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant ( x2=5.355, P=0.021, x2=15.415, P〈0.001 ) .The difference was not statistically significant in two groups of good score ( x2=2.949, P=0.086 ) .Conclusion: The education of medical nutrition therapy for diabetes patients can improve the cognition degree of medical nutrition therapy knowledge, and improve the compliance of the treatment of patients with diabetes.
