医院基数药品管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：基数药品包括第一类精神药品、麻醉药品、贵重药品、抢救药品等,各个科室可根据实际工作需求,对基数药品进行配备,而医院基数药品管理是保证临床用药安全的前提条件,因此针对医院对于基数药品管理存在的问题,制定相关处理对策,对临床安全用药具有十分重要的临床意义。本院药学人员自2015年分析2014年医院基数药品管理中存在的问题,针对问题实施相应解决对策,2015年度基数药品管理发生问题共12条与2014年度的125条问题对比,数据显著下降,医院基数药品问题得到有效控制。The base drug including the first category of psychotropic drugs, narcotic drugs, valuable drugs, the rescue of drugs, each department can be more practical work needs, to be equipped with a number of drugs, and the base of the hospital drug administration is a prerequisite for ensuring the safety of clinical medication, therefore, in view of the problems in the hospital for the base of drug management, the development of relevant treatment measures, the clinical safety of drugs has a very important clinical significance.Problems existing in the management of base drugs in our hospital pharmacy staff from 2014 to 2015 were analyzed, and in view of the problem to implement the corresponding countermeasures, 2015 year base drug management problems occurred in a total of 12 and the contrast of the 125 issues of the 2014 year, the data fell significantly,the hospital base drug problem has been effectively controlled.
