摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻咽癌患者行放射治疗方案后急性毒副反应的发生程度以及采用护理干预后的效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月-2016年5月在本院就诊并行放射治疗的77例鼻咽癌患者,患者均行常规放射治疗,按照护理方法的不同分为常规组38例和干预组39例,分别给予临床常规护理方法与细节化护理干预措施,对比两组患者护理后急性毒副反应发生情况与对护理工作的满意情况。结果:干预组的皮肤反应、口干反应、黏膜反应、骨髓抑制发生率均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者对护理工作满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻咽癌行放射治疗过程中,难免出现各种急性毒副反应,而通过细节化护理干预方案可以有效减轻毒副反应的程度,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective： To investigate the incidence of acute toxicity and the effect of nursing intervention in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （ NPC ） after radiotherapy.Method： 77 NPC patients adopted radiation therapies in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into conventional group （ n=38 ） and intervention group （ n=39 ）, according to different nursing mothod, clinical nursing methods and nursing interventions were given.The acute toxicity after treatment and nursing work satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result： The incidence rate of skin reaction, dry mouth reaction, mueosa reaction, bone marrow suppression in intervention group were lower than those in conventional group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; satisfaction for nursing in intervention group was obviously higher than that in conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： In the course of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, it is inevitable that there will be a variety of acute side effects, and through the details of the nursing intervention program can effectively reduce the degree of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
