摘 要:气瓶安全泄放量的准确计算是开展气瓶超压泄放设计的基础。比较权威的美国压缩气体协会标准CGAS-1.1对多种类型的气瓶安全泄放量计算作了规定。由于国内较多研究人员对CGAS-1.1标准计算方法不够理解,分析了CGAS-1.1标准中气瓶安全泄放量的计算方法。结果表明,CGAS-1.1标准虽然对采用压力泄放阀以及压力泄放阀以外的气瓶安全泄放量规定了不同的计算公式,但当换算为实际气体的安全泄放量时,其计算公式完全一致。安全泄放量与泄放结构类型无关。简化了气瓶泄放面积的计算方法,发现泄放面积仅与气瓶容积、泄放系数有关,与气瓶内介质种类、特性无关。The precise calculation of safety discharge capacity for gas cylinders is a basic work for per- forming overpressure discharge design. The authoritative standard CGAS - 1.1 of Compressed Gas Associ- ation Inc. specifies calculation methods of several types operating conditions of gas cylinders. However, these methods have not been well understood by many domestic researchers. In this paper, the calculation methods of safety discharge capacity for cylinders specified in CGAS - 1.1 were analyzed. Results indicate that although different calculation methods were set for pressure release valve and other venting device re- spectively, the calculation formula was same after these methods were transformed to calculate the safety discharge capacity of real gas. Safety discharge capacity was not influenced by venting device type. The calculation method of discharge area was simplified. The discharge area only relates to cylinder volume and discharge coefficient, and has nothing to do with gas type and gaseous properties.
