摘 要:为探讨套袋及套袋时间长短对突尼斯软籽石榴果实品质的影响,以10年生的突尼斯软籽石榴作为试验材料,幼果期开始套袋,观察套袋及套袋时间对其果实品质的影响。选择生长期一致的果实,在花后40 d开始套袋,分别于花后60、80、100、120 d去袋,以未套袋果实作为对照,观察其果实品质的差异,结果表明:套袋果实的综合品质均高于对照。花后100 d去袋的果实着色最好;可溶性固形物的含量最高,为16.8%(P<0.05);单果重最大,为521.03 g(P<0.05)。套袋对突尼斯软籽石榴的种子硬度无显著影响(P>0.05)。生产上,对突尼斯软籽石榴进行套袋处理,并于果实成熟前20~30 d去袋,可以明显提高石榴的果实品质,增加生产效益。The influences of bagging on the 40 th day after flowering and bagging duration( 20,40,60,80 days) on the fruit quality of 10-year-old Tunisian soft-seed pomegranate were explored. The results showed that the comprehensive quality of bagged fruits was better than that of the un-bagged fruits. The fruits which were bagged during 40 ~ 100 days after flowering had the best coloring,the highest soluble solid content( 16.8%,P〈0.05),and the biggest single-fruit weight( 521.03 g,P〈0.05).Bagging had no significant effect on the seed hardness of Tunisian soft-seed pomegranate( P〉0.05). In the production of Tunisian soft-seed pomegranate,the fruit quality and production efficiency of pomegranate can be improved obviously by bagging its fruits and by removing the bags during 20 ~ 30 days before fruit ripening.
