摘　　要：通过文献检索法和归纳总结法对当前农村宅基地取得、管理、退出及价值评估等国内研究进展进行了梳理,存在农村宅基地退出补偿的测算方式和标准不统一、农村宅基地价格评估方法的研究不足、缺少指导性的评估方法等问题,基于当前的研究现状提出了未来农村宅基地价值评估研究方向及方法创新。Through using the methods of literature search and inductive summary, this paper summarizes the research pro- gresses in the acquirement, management, quitting and price assessment of current rural homestead in China, and discusses the existent problems, including the nonuniform calculation mode and standard of the compensation for rural homestead quitting, the insufficient studies on the method for the price assessment of rural homestead, and the shorting of instructional assessment meth- ods. Finally, based on the current research status, the author puts forward the future research direction and method innovation of rural homestead price assessment.
