基于能值分析理论的汉中市绿色GDP核算研究

摘　　要：运用能值分析法,将汉中市生态经济系统内可更新资源、不可更新资源、可更新资源产品、输入能值、货币流、废物流各种不同种类的资源,通过能值转换率转换为统一标准的太阳能值,然后经计算分析得到汉中市2005~2014年的绿色GDP。结果表明:2005~2014年汉中市的能值/货币比率呈波动下降趋势,汉中市的经济水平不断提高,而绿色GDP呈曲折缓慢上升趋势,传统GDP中绿色GDP占比较小并有下降的趋势,说明汉中市的经济发展是以消耗资源和环境污染退化为代价来换取经济增长的不合理的发展模式,建议从构建循环产业体系、发展当地特色产业、发展农村信息产业和开发生态旅游等方面充分发挥本地资源优势,建立良性循环经济发展体系,为汉中地区相关部门制定科学的经济发展政策提供借鉴。Emergy analysis method was used to convert the renewable resources,non-renewable resources,renewable resource products,input emergy,money flow,waste stream and so on within the ecological and economic system of Hanzhong city to the unified solar energy value through emergy conversion rate,and then the green GDPs of Hanzhong city during 2005 ~ 2014 were calculated and analyzed. The results showed that： from 2005 to 2014,in Hanzhong city,the emergy-currency ratio declined fluctuantly,the economic level increased continuously,while the green GDP rose slowly and circuitously,and the proportion of green GDP in the traditional GDP was relatively small and revealed a downward trend,indicating that the economic development of Hanzhong city is unreasonable and at the cost of resource consumption as well as environmental pollution and degradation. In order to sufficiently exert the advantages of local resources in Hanzhong city,and build a good circular economic development system,it is recommended to build the recycling industrial system,develop the local characteristic industries,develop rural information industry,and exploit ecological tourism.
