摘 要:采用稀土偶联剂和硅烷偶联剂对废大理石粉进行表面改性,研究了两种偶联剂对废大理石粉的改性效果,通过熔融共混挤出法制备了聚丙烯/废大理石粉复合材料,研究了复合材料的拉伸性能.结果表明:未改性废大理石粉与聚丙烯的界面结合差,复合材料的拉伸性能较差,经过稀土偶联剂和硅烷偶联剂表面改性后,提高了废大理石粉与聚丙烯的界面结合力,复合材料的拉伸性能得到提高,稀土偶联剂对废大理石粉的改性效果要好于硅烷偶联剂.Waste marble powder was modified with rare earth coupling agent and silane coupling agent, and the modification effect was studied,and then polypropylene / waste marble powder composites were prepared by extrusion molding and its tensile properties was studied. The results showed that the compatibility between waste marble powder and polypropylene were poor if waste marble powder was not modified, and the composites had very poor tensile properties. The compatibility between waste marble powder and polypropylene could be significantly improved after superficial modification of waste marble powder by coupling agent. The tensile properties could also be increased. The modification effect by rare earth coupling agent was better than that by silane coupling agent.
