摘 要:文章对129份云南地方蔓生型普通菜豆种质资源进行了农艺性状的遗传多样性分析。结果表明,在云南地区的普通菜豆种质资源在形态学上具有丰富的多样性。10个农艺性状的平均变异系数为0.24,其中以单株荚数的变异度最大,达到0.61。平均多样性指数为2.04,各性状间数值差异不大。通过因子分析中的主成分法将10个变量降维获得4个公共因子,含义清晰且解释度较好。利用公共因子得分进行聚类分析,129份菜豆资源可分为2大类5个亚群。其特征是:亚群Ⅰ表现为分枝及结荚多,单荚粒数多,百粒重较小而单株产量高;亚群Ⅱ表现晚熟,荚小,百粒重和单株产量低;亚群Ⅲ表现长荚;亚群Ⅳ资源数量最多,表现分枝少,较早熟;亚群Ⅴ表现为早熟,结荚少,荚型短宽且单荚粒数少,百粒重大。129 accessions were analyzed for genetic diversity, and 10 morphology characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that the germplasm resources of common bean in Yunnan area had rich diversity in morpholagy. The results of analysis included Coefficient of Varia- tion (c. v. ), Diversity Index (DI), Principal Composition (PC) and Classification. As the result, the average c. v. of 10 morphology char- acteristics was 0.24, the c. v. of the Pods per Plant (PP) was 0.61, which was obvious c. v. value in all morphology characteristics. The DI value didn' t appear obviously different on all 10, the average DI was 2.04. Using the results in PC to do classification analysis, 129 materi- als were divided into 5 groups, and the groupl showed higher PP, smaller seeds but high Single Plant (SP) yield ; The group 2 showed late maturity, smaller pods and lower SP yield; The group 3 showed long pod ; The group 4 had the most of germplasms, which showed less bran- ches but early maturity; The group 5 showed early maturity, less PP, but higher Hundred Seeds Weight (HSW).
