摘 要:文章对怒江地方花魔芋资源的增产性(生育期、重量增长率、繁殖倍数)和软腐病抗性进行了试验观察和测定分析。结果表明,在受干旱影响下,怒江花魔芋试验材料生育期157~163 d,平均为160.68 d,重量增长率(膨胀率)为49.58%,繁殖倍数为4.77,生育期比对照材料(永胜花魔芋)长0.84 d、重量增长率高3.29个百分点、繁殖倍数高0.25倍,表明怒江花魔芋增产性比对照稍强。怒江花魔芋试验材料茎干离体接种24 h病斑长为6.92 cm,比对照短2.02 cm,接种48 h后无区别;叶片离体接种24 h病斑面积为0.46 cm^2,比对照材料(富源花魔芋)小0.45 cm^2,接种48 h为4.03 cm^2,比对照材料小2.61 cm^2,表明怒江花魔芋对软腐病病原菌敏感,无抗病能力,但耐病性比对照材料强。试验结果可以为怒江花魔芋的开发利用提供参考。In this paper, yield-increasing targets ( growth period, weight growth rate, reproduction ratio ) and soft rot disease resistance to the local AmorphophaUus konjac of Nnujiang (Nujiang Amorphophallus konjac) resources and CK were tested and analyzed. The results showed that under the affected by drought conditions, the growth period of the Nujiang Amorphophallus konjac was 157-157 days, and an average was 160.68 days, and weight growth rate was 49.58 %, and reproduction ratio was 4.77. To contrast with the Yongsheng Amorphophallus kon- jac, the growth period was longer 0.84 days, the weight growth rate higher 3.29 % and the reproduction ratio more 0. 25 times. Those re- suits suggest that the Nujiang Amorphophallus konjac has stronger yield-increasing potential than the control. Using the stems of the Nujiang Amorphophallus konjac in vitro inoculation, the disease spot was 6.92 cm after 24 hours, it was shorter than the control ( Fuyuan Amor- phophallus konjac) 2.02 cm, but without distinction after 48 hours; Leaves in vitro inoculation disease spot covers area was 0.46 cm^2, it was smaller than the control 0.45 cm^2after 24 hours, and the area was 4.03 cm^2 , it was smaller than the control 2.61 cm^2 after 48 hours. Those results suggest that the Nujiang Amorphophallus konjac is sensitive to konjac soft rot pathogen, no resistance, but the disease resistance slightly better than the control. The results can provide a reference for the development and utilization of the Nujiang Amorphophallus konjac.
