摘 要:研究卵巢摘除对育肥藏北山羊生长激素(GH)水平和生产性能的影响。试验用羊为2岁龄藏北母山羊,选择60只体重相近的母山羊,随机分为空白对照组和卵巢摘除试验组2组。在试验期间,2组每日均按照农牧民放牧习惯自由放牧,晚上给予补饲精料颗粒料添加量为280 g/d,燕麦青干草为自由采食;分别在母羊卵巢摘除后第0、7、14、21、28、35、42、49和56日的早晨8:00空腹称重并颈静脉采血,立即分离血清,按照羊生长激素酶联免疫分析试剂盒说明书,测定血清中GH水平;饲养56 d后,随机在试处理组和对照组中分别屠宰10只试验羊,随即测定试验羊的产肉性能指标(胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重、净肉率)。发现血清中GH水平呈上升的趋势显著高于对照组(P<0.05),部分阶段极显著(P<0.01);体重增重效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重和净肉率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。摘除2岁龄藏北母山羊卵巢后,母羊血清中GH水平显著上升,母羊肌肉组织的生长发育迅速,短期育肥后,屠宰率、净肉重和净肉率提高,从而提高了2岁龄藏北母山羊饲料报酬。本试验研究为今后在饲草料相对缺乏藏北牧区短期育肥淘汰藏北母山羊提供了技术和数据支撑。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of ovariectomy on serum Growth Hormone (GH)Levels and performance in Northwest of Tibet goats. Test was carried out for 2 years old female Northwest of Tibet goats. Selecting 60 female goats of similar weight, two groups were randomly divided for blank control group and the ovaries test group. During the test, according to the agro-pastoralist grazing habits to free-range and supplementary feeding in night with 280 g/d concentrates for pelleted feed,the green (dry) oat straw for self-feed- ing. Weighting with empty stomach and jugular vein blood at morning 8:00 by the day of 0,7th, 14th ,21~t ,28th ,35th ,42~'t ,49th and 56th after ovariectomy, separate serum immediately and determine the GH level in serum follow enzyme-linked immunoassay kit instructions for growth hormone. 10 tested sheep in treatment group and the control group after raising 56 days were randomly slaughtered, its meat production per- formance( carcass weight, dressing percentage, net meat weight and net meat rate) were determined. The level of GH in serum was signifi- candy higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and some stage was extremely significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Effect of weight gain was signifi- candy higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and body weight, slaughter rate, net weight and net meat rate were significantly higher than the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). After the removal of ovarieetomy of 2 years old Northwest of Tibet goats, ewe serum GH levels increased significanfly, the growth and development of their ewes muscle tissue was rapid, short-term fattening, slaughter rate, net meat weight and net meat rate increased, and the 2 year old Tibetan goats feed re- ward were enhanced. The experimental study would provide a tech- nical support and data out for Northwest short-term fattening north- west goats of the future fodder relative lack of pastoral areas.
