围绝经期女性APACG患者个性心理特征及围绝经期躯体症状的调查

摘　　要：目的对围绝经期女性APACG患者个性心理特征及围绝经期躯体症状进行调查并分析。方法收集2015年11月至2016年8月在某县人民医院及某医学院附属医院眼科就诊(包括门诊和住院)的围绝经期女性APACG患者40例,为A组;某县人民医院无青光眼发作史且经检查房角、眼压及眼底均正常的围绝经期女性40例,为B组;身体健康的青年女性40例,为C组。入选组均为女性,无重大特殊疾病史,精神正常。采用艾森克个性问卷、Kupperman评分表及A型行为问卷三种量表对三组患者进行评分,并进行记录,然后进行三组之间各项评分的比较。结果艾森克个性问卷测评结果,A组和B组的内外向型均低于C组,A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义,A组和B组的神经质或情绪、精神病性和人格稳定性评分均高于C组,A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义;Kupperman评分表测评结果,A组的Kupperman评分为(37.54±3.92)分,B组的Kupperman评分为(28.94±1.98)分,C组的Kupperman评分为(12.78±1.94)分,A组高于B组和C组,B组高于C组;A型行为问卷测评结果,A组的A行行为患者数有30例(75.00%),B组有29例(72.50%),C组有7例(17.50%),A组和B组高于C组,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论围绝经期女性的个性心理特征比较内向,躯体症状评分较高,围绝经期女性急性闭角型青光眼患者的躯体症状表现的更加明显。Objective To investigate and analyze the personality psychological characteristics and physical symptoms of perimenopausal female patients with APACG.Methods From November 2015 to August 2016 in Ophthalmology Departments of Wudi People＇s Hospital and Binzhou Medical University Hospital（including outpatients and inpatients）,40 cases of perimenopausal women with APACG were selected as A group;40cases of perimenopausal women without glaucoma history and whose examinations of real angle,intraocular pressure and ocular fundus were normal were selected as B group;40cases of healthy young women were selected as C group.All the selected women were female without significant special disease history,and their mental states were normal.Eysenck personality questionnaire,Kupperman rating scale and type A behavior questionnaire were used to score the three groups of patients,the results were recorded,and then the scores were compared.Results Eysenck personality questionnaire survey results showed that the scores of internal and external types of A group and B group were lower than those of C group,and there was no significant difference between the A group and the B group.And they also showed that the scores of neuroticism or emotion,psychoticism and personality stability of A group and B group were higher than those of C group,and there was no significant difference between A group and B group.Kupperman score table evaluation results showed that the Kupperman score of A group was 37.54±3.92 points,the Kupperman score of B group was 28.94±1.98 points,and the Kupperman score of C group was 12.78±1.94points;the score of A group was higher than those of B group and C group,and the score of B group was higher than that of C group.A type behavior questionnaire evaluation results showed that there were 30 patients with type A behavior in A group（75.00%）,29 cases in B group（72.50%）,and 7cases in C group（17.50%）;the numbers of patients of A group and B group were higher than that of C group,and the difference was
