摘  要:在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对内蒙古东部某含硫低品位白钨矿提出了预先脱硫-钨常温浮选的回收流程。全流程闭路试验结果表明,在磨矿细度为64.5%时,丁基黄药、丁铵黑药和煤油的联合使用可使脱硫率达到86.14%;脱硫产物经过一段粗选、五段精选、两段扫选的常温闭路浮钨流程后可获得WO_3品位为55.31%,回收率为63.92%,硫品位为0.23%的最终产品。Based on the process mineralogy,the process of pre-desulfurization-flotation of scheelite at ambient temperature was proposed for the low-grade scheelite ore in the eastern Inner Mongolia. The closed-circuit test showed when the grinding fineness is 64. 5%and butyl xanthate,butylamine aerofloat,kerosene are combined to use the desulfurization rate can reach 86. 02%The test can obtain a concentrate with the WO_3 grade of 55. 31%,a recovery of63. 92%and the grade S of 0. 23%by adopting a closed-circuit test of one roughing five cleaning and two scavenging at room temperature from a product after desulfurization.
