摘  要:在对青海某低品位铜锌矿进行矿石性质研究的基础上,采用优先浮铜再选锌的原则工艺流程,并通过选用高效辅助捕收剂A12以及T16+硫酸锌组合抑制剂,获得闭路试验指标为:铜精矿含铜18.84%,铜回收率89.10%;锌精矿含锌46.87%,锌回收率67.46%。铜锌分离取得了较好的技术指标,为低品位矿产资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。In this paper,based on the study of the property of a low-grade Cu-Zn ore from Qinghai,the process flowsheet which is preferential flotation copper and the tailings of flotation Cu treated by flotation Zn was adopted,and by choosing efficient auxiliary collector A12 and T16 +zinc sulfate combined inhibitors,the test results can be obtained: a copper concentrate containing 18. 84% of Cu with recovery 89. 10%,a zinc concentrate containing46. 87% of Zn with recovery 67. 46%.So the copper-zinc separation was successful realized,and provided technical basis for the development and utilization of low-grade mineral resources.
