摘　　要：针对质量功能展开设计中无法定性改进固有系统的问题,阐述了质量功能展开及公理化设计,设计出了质量功能公理化展开的方法。以质量功能展开为主线,利用公理化设计中的独立公理对其设计的质量屋进行优化,并利用信息公理验证设计方案的优劣性。最后将质量功能公理化展开应用于机制砂的生产工艺优化中。该方法可改进传统不良工艺,大大降低生产成本,使得企业快速适应市场需求的变化。Firstly this paper describes the problem that the inherent system is unable to be qualitatively improved by quality function deployment（QFD）.Aimed at the problem,the concepts of QFD and axiomatic design are expounded.And we designed the method of quality function axiomatic deployment.In this study,QFD is the main line. The independence axiom of axiomatic design is used to optimize House of Quality that has been design.The information axiom of axiomatic design is used to test the scheme.At last the quality function axiomatic deployment is applied to the optimization of Artificial Gravel＇s Production Process. This method can improve the traditional technology,reduce the production cost greatly,and let enterprises adapt to the change of market demand quickly.
