摘 要:目的探讨微信、QQ等现代即时通讯服务工具在高等医学教育中的运用效果。方法将2014年度学习《外科学》神经外科学的100名学生,随机分为应用微信群和QQ群课后辅导的试验组和传统课堂辅导的对照组,每组均50名。随后统计其考试分数和通过自行设计的调查问卷进行效果评价。结果与对照组比较,实验组学生的考试成绩和问卷效果评价均得到提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论将现代即时通讯服务工具,如微信群、QQ群等应用于本科生教学中,不仅调动学生的主观能动性和加强自主复习的能力,而且便于教师掌握学生的学习心理、能力和进程,极大的提高了教学质量。初步解决了我国目前高等医学教育理论课教学缺乏师生讨论和交流的平台问题。ObjectiveThe application of WeChat, QQ and other modern instant messaging service tools in higher medical education was discussed. MethodsA total of 100 students studying neurosurgery in 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group (application of WeChat group and QQ group in afterschool tutoring) and the control group (the traditional classroom coaching) with 50 in each group. Then the studying effect was evaluated by the test scores and selfdesigned questionnaire.ResultsCompared with control group, the students’ test scores and the questionnaire result evaluation in experimental group were improved markedly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). ConclusionApplication of modern instant messaging service tools, such as WeChat group and QQ group in undergraduate teaching, especially in afterschool tutoring and review process, not only stimulates the students’ initiative, but also enhances the ability of independent review and it is convenient for teachers to learn about the students’ psychology, ability and learning processes, which greatly improves the teaching quality. It also solves the problem of deficit of discussing platform for teachers and students in China higher education of medical science.
