养老储备:个人主体性多元协作

摘　　要：养老问题不是老年时期的问题,而是没有储备的人生在老年阶段集中爆发的问题,有家庭和社会的原因,但不能忽视个人自身的原因。养老储备也不仅仅是经济、政策、养老设施、医疗健康、社会服务等外部条件的储备,更重要的还有贯穿生命历程的"个人主体性知识体系储备"内化为自身修养的养老行为实践对家庭与社会的正能量。本研究提出,个人主体性多元协作养老储备是应对养老问题的重要视角,也就是以个人储备为主体,家庭、社会和国家共同协作,形成"一主体""二翼""一兜底"的养老储备制度。从个人的"内修"到家庭、社会及国家提供的"外保"相结合,实现全社会的成功养老。In fact, the old - age problem is not one of the aged, but there is nothing reserved when young. That is, besides family and social factors there are personal reasons. And retirement reserve is more than the store of external conditions such as economy, policy, facilities for the elderly, health care, and social services. What matters most is the reserve of ＂individual subjectivity knowledge system＂ which goes on throughout one＇ s life and which will be internalized into one＇ s character and provide positive energy for the family and society. In this paper, we propose a multi - collaborative aging reserve system. In this program, the individual will be the main body, the family, society and state coordinate together, thus forms an aged - supporting reserve system of one subject, two wings and one guarantee, so as to achieve success in the whole society endowment.
