新农村建设背景下的农村专业经济协会发展及作用研究--以安徽省为例

摘　　要：农村专业经济协会是在新农村建设这一背景下逐渐发展起来的,在农村社会转型和经济发展中日显重要。其非营利性与服务性的特点有助于整合农村社会的各种资源,提高专业经营农户对市场的认知,强化分散农户的集体意识,加深其对市场风险的理解,进而抵御市场可能带来的风险及抓住市场的机会等。文章在梳理前期研究成果与回顾农村专业经济协会发展概况的基础上,介绍安徽省部分农村专业经济协会的发展现状。提出农村专业经济协会具有增强农民应对市场风险的能力,及组织化规避市场风险能够有效改变农村社会的面貌。文章最后关于农村专业经济协会的发展困境提出几点反思。Rural professional economic association is gradually developed under the background of the new rural construction, becoming more and more important in the rural social transformation and economic development. The characteristics of the nonprofit and service help integrating all kinds of resources of rural society, improving specialized farmer＇s perception of the market, strengthening the spread the collective consciousness of farmers, deepening the understanding of market risk, resisting the risk of market and seize market opportunities and so on. In this paper, through combing previous research results, reviewing the development of rural professional economic association, To introduce current situation of part of the development of rural professional economic association in Anhui province, has expounded the rural professional economic association can increase farmers coping with market risk , Increasing levels of modem technology to adapt to the market and transforming rural social important role effectively, and put forward some reflection about the development of rural professional economic association.
