摘　　要：新时期,随着新媒体的兴起,我国报刊等传统媒体在思想政治工作上日益面临严峻的挑战,其对高校的舆论引导力逐步下降,和传统媒体报刊相比,网络新媒体则突破了时空界限,日益成为高校大学生获取知识和各种信息的重要手段,但网络媒体在给思想政治教育带来新的机遇同时,也为高校思想政治工作带来新的挑战。如何利用新媒体带给思政教育的机遇,同时又避免其负面冲击,这要求高校要掌握网络思想政治教育的主动权,加强大学生道德自律,实现思政教育的变革与创新,才能在网络环境下提高思政教育的实效性,这无疑是时代赋予高校思政教育的重要使命。The increasing popularity of the new media challenges the traditional ones like newspaper, in terms of the work about the ideological and political education which is leading the old way of propaganda lose its leading power in public opinion. Compared to traditional media, the internet becomes an important way for university students to access the knowledge and information for it can break through the limitation of time and space. However, it also brings the new difficulties for ideological and political education in university although it started a brand new mould. Only with holding the initiative power of the net work education, can the students increase their self - discipline and enhance the efficiency of the ideological and political education under the circumstance of the wide - spread internet use. Therefore, it becomes a crucial issue given by the time to find out how to use the new media to make more chance while avoid the impact at the same time and to revolute and innovate whilst increasing the timeliness of the ideological and political education.
