摘　　要：经历一个多世纪西方体育文化在中国的推广,西方竞技体育和奥林匹克运动"更快、更高、更强"的理念几乎成为国人对现代体育的整体认知。当面临21世纪中华民族文化伟大复兴和世界文化多元化发展之时,全面认识中国传统体育文化的独特价值,实现中国传统体育文化的主体性建构对于中华民族文化自信和体育强国梦想的实现,显然具有非常重要的意义。通过全面比较和系统研究,我们认为中国传统体育文化所体现出的独特精神文化价值表现为天人合一、阴阳平衡、动静相兼、中和养生、见义勇为、美在意境、尊礼尚德、和而不同等理念。正是凝结了这些一以贯之、经久不衰的独特精神文化内涵,在面对多元文化并存的时代需求以及中国传统文化"天人合一"整体观的世界性认同的背景之下,中国传统体育文化的自信与认同才能化危机为契机。The concept of ＂faster, higher, stronger＂ of the western competitive sports has almost become people＇s under- standing of modern sports as the result of the promotion of the western sports in China for more than a hundred years. At the 21st century, when China makes great efforts to realize the great reiuvenation of the Chinese national culture and when the world cultures develop in a diversified way, a comprehensive understanding and subjectivity construction of the unique values of the Chinese traditional sports culture plays an important role for the self-confidence of the Chinese national cul- ture and building China into a sports powerhouse. The traditional Chinese sports culture manifests ideas of harmony be- tween the heaven and the human, balance of Yin and Yang, balance between static and dynamic movements, keeping health by practicing Doctrine of Mean, acting bravely for a just cause, beauty of artistic conception, respecting decency and morality, and harmony in diversity, which carry enduring unique cultural meanings, and create opportunities for self- confidence and recognition of the traditional Chinese sports culture.
