2014-2015年盘锦市双台子区幼儿园消毒检测资料的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析某区幼儿园2014-2015年的消毒检测资料,为做好幼儿园的传染病防治工作提供依据。方法:搜集并整理2014-2015年某区幼儿园的消毒检测资料,共随机抽取1000例样品进行研究,并进行回顾性分析,比较2014年和2015年的消毒质量合格率。结果:2014年,消毒合格率为78.72%(344/437),和2015年的79.40%(447/563)比较,年间不存在显著差异(P>0.05),总合格率为79.10%(791/1000)。在各类检测项目中,空气的合格率为100%,最高,门把手消毒的合格率为68.75%,最低,各项目之间的消毒合格率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:某区幼儿园消毒的整体质量不高,应该引起足够的重视,加强消毒卫生管理。Objective：To analyze the disinfection and detection data of 2014-2015 in Shuangtaizi District in order to provide evidence for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods：To collect and organize 2014-2015 Shuangtaizi District kindergarten disinfection test data, a total of 1000 random samples research, and were retrospectively analyzed, comparing the 2014 and 2015 disinfection quality qualified rate.Results：In 2014, the disinfection qualification rate was 78.72% （344/437）, compared with 79.40% （447/563） in 2015, there was no significant difference （P〉 0.05）, the total qualified rate was 79.10% （791/1000）. Among all kinds of test items, the qualified rate of air was 100%, the highest, the qualified rate of disinfection of door handle was 68.75%, the lowest, there was a significant difference between the disinfection qualified rate of each item （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The overall quality of kindergartens in Shuangtaizi district is not high, the quality of disinfection of the door handle is low, which should be paid enough attention.
