LCP内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:通过对老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者使用肱骨近端LCP进行内固定治疗,探讨其手术技巧、优点及疗效。方法:回顾分析某医院使用肱骨近端LCP内固定治疗42例老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床资料,按Neer骨折分类法,42例均有明显的骨折分离移位或旋转移位,除其中2例患者四部分骨折发生肱骨头坏死最后改行肱骨头置换之外,其余骨折全部愈合。结果:术后随访10~36个月。全组42例中优32例,良7例,可3例,差0例。结论:使用肱骨近端LCP内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折,具有操作简单,固定牢固、可靠,术后功能恢复满意,对于老年患者是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate the surgical technique, advantages and merapeutic effect of the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture by internal fixation with proximal humeral LCP.Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital using the proximal LCP internal fixation in the treatment of the clinical data of 42 cases of surgical neck fracture of humerus, fracture according to Neer classification, 42 cases showed obvious fracture separation displacement or rotation displacement, except 2 cases of four part fractures of humeral head necrosis finally diverted humeral head replacement, rest all fractures healed.Results：all the patients were followed up for 36 to 10 months. In this group, 42 cases were excellent in 32 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 0 cases.Conclusion：the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures with proximal humeral LCP fixation is simple, reliable, reliable and satisfactory. It is an effective treatment for elderly patients.
