血浆置换联合抗风湿药治疗类风湿关节炎MRI成像效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察双重滤过血浆置换联合抗风湿药治疗类风湿关节炎的核磁共振成像效果及分析;方法:35例类风湿关节炎的患者急性期给予DFPP治疗,联合给予来氟米特10mg bid,甲氨蝶呤10~15mg qw口服,随访至12个月,分别于基线、6个月及12个月时观察右腕关节核磁共振显示的滑膜、骨髓水肿、关节腔积液、血管翳等,并对结果进行分析。结果:双重滤过血浆置换联合抗风湿药治疗类风湿关节炎患者ACR20、ACR50、ACR70分别达到100%、88.6%、77.1%,腕关节核磁共振显示滑膜炎、骨髓水肿等明显缓解。结论:双重滤过血浆置换联合抗风湿药治疗类风湿关节炎临床效果显著,腕关节核磁显示滑膜炎症病变明显缓解,疗效持续稳定。Objective：To observe the effect of magnetic resonance imaging and analysis of double filtration plasmapheresis combined with antirheumatic drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis;Methods：35 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients in acute stage treated with DFPP, and given to fluorine Mitter 10mg bid, 10-15mg QW oral methotrexate, at 12 months of follow-up, respectively at baseline, in June and December when the observation of wrist joint MRI showed synovium, bone marrow edema, joint effusion, pannus, and the results were analyzed. Results：double filtration plasmapheresis combined with antirheumatic drugs for rheumatoid arthritis patients with ACR20, ACR50 and ACR70 reached 100%, 88.6% and 77.1% respectively, wrist MRI showed synovitis, bone marrow edema relieved.Conclusion：double filtration plasmapheresis combined with antirheumatic drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis clinical effect, magnetic wrist synovitis showed lesions relieved, sustained and stable curative effect.
