护理干预对恶性肿瘤PICC置管依从性及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理干预对恶性肿瘤PICC置管依从性及并发症发生风险的影响。方法:研究对象选取行PICC置管恶性肿瘤患者共100例,以随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)和观察(50例),分别采用常规护理干预和针对性护理干预,比较两组患者置管依从性,干预前后QLQ-C30评分及术后并发症发生率等。结果:观察组患者置管依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组、干预前(P<0.05);同时观察组患者PICC术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预用于行PICC置管恶性肿瘤患者可有效提高置管依从性,提高生活质量,并有助于降低术后并发症发生率。Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on compliance and risk of complications of PICC in patients with malignant tumor.Methods：study object selected in our hospital in 2013 may 2015 March underwent PICC placed tube malignant tumor patients with a total of 100 cases, to randomly divided into control group （50 cases） and observation （n = 50）, respectively, using routine nursing intervention and targeted nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients placed the tube compliance, before and after the intervention of QLQ-C30 scores and postoperative complications rate.Results：To observe the groups of patients with catheter compliance was significantly better than the control group （P〈 0.05）;patients in the intervention group were observed after QLQ-C30 score was significantly higher than that of the control group and the intervention （P〈 0.05）. At the same time, observation group patients after PICC operation complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：the targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of the patients with PICC, improve the quality of life, and help to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
