综合护理在ATG治疗再生障碍性贫血中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理在兔抗人胸腺细胞免疫球蛋白(ATG)治疗再生障碍性贫血(简称"再障")中的应用效果。方法:选取某医院52例采用ATG治疗的再障患者,随机分为常规组和干预组各26例。常规组给予常规护理,干预组给予综合护理干预,比较两组临床效果。结果:两组治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组不良反应率38.46%,明显低于常规组69.23%(P<0.05);干预组患者满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在应用ATG治疗再障过程中配合予以综合护理,可有效减少用药后不良反应发生,提高患者满意度,值得推广。Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on ATG in patients with aplastic anemia（AA）.Methods：52 patients were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group.Routine group was given routine nursing,and intervention group was given comprehensive nursing.The clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results：The adverse reaction probability of intervention group was lower than routine group（P〈 0.05） ; The satisfaction of intervention group was higher than routine group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusions：Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the adverse reaction probability,improve patient satisfaction.
