胃内导管置入长度对肿瘤性肠梗阻患者胃肠减压效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃内导管置入长度对肿瘤性肠梗阻患者胃肠减压效果的影响。方法:选取肿瘤性肠梗阻患者共50例,以随机抽签法分为对照组(25例)和改良组(25例),分别通过测量耳垂-鼻尖-剑突和耳垂-(鼻尖+发际)-剑突长度进行胃内导管放置,比较两组患者放置后24h内引流量、胃内导管留置时间及置管后腹胀程度等。结果:改良组患者放置后24h内引流量和胃内导管留置时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);改良组患者置管后腹胀程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃内导管置入长度延长用于肿瘤性肠梗阻患者可有效提高胃肠减压效果,降低腹胀程度。Objective：To investigate the effect of the length of gastric catheter insertion on the effect of gastrointestinal decompression in patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods：the study selected in hospital in March were tumor intestinal obstruction patients a total of 50 cases, randomly divided into control group （25 cases） and modified group （25 cases）, respectively, through measuring earlobe - tip of xiphoid and earlobe - （＋ nose hair） of xiphoid length of intragastric catheter placed, placement were compared between the two groups after 24 h drainage, gastric indwelling time of catheter and catheter after abdominal distension.Results：24 hours after placement of the modified group lead flow and gastric tube indwelling time were significantly superior to the control group （P〈 0.05）; group of patienls improved set tube after abdominal distension was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：the length of gastric tube insertion in patients with tumor intestinal obstruction can effectively improve the effect of gastrointestinal decompression, and reduce the degree of abdominal distension.
