Objective:To study the three kinds of different methods of airway moist effects on airway of wetting effect.Methods:126 cases of establish A line of artificial airway and mechanical ventilation patients are divided into A, B, C three groups according to admission order, each group of 42 cases. Group A with traditional wet method, intermittent injection of wetting liquid inside the airway;Group B by micro pump continuous pumping of wetting liquid into the airway;Group C using atomization device incorporated into breathing machine, coupled with intelligent monitor system for atomization. Observation was made into the three groups in terms of lack, satisfaction, excessive airway moist, number of cases, and statistical analysis was made. Results:Lack and satisfaction of airway moist in three groups have statistical significance ( P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ) .Ex cessive airway moist in three groups has no statistical significance ( P〉 0.05 ) .Conclusion:the sustained atomizing type of wetting, degree of satisfaction is superior to intermittent injection and continuous drip type. Intermittent injection can lead to insufficient wetting. In the clinical nursing, sustained atomizing type of wetting method helps to get satisfactory of wetting effect.
