遵义地区上尿路结石成因及通过饮食预防的研究(综述)

摘　　要：上尿路结石是指发生在机体肾脏和输尿管上的结石,为泌尿外科常见疾病,发病后临床症状主要表现为肋脊角、腹部、腰部持续性或阵发性钝痛及绞痛,病情严重的患者可能会出现肾绞痛,并伴有恶心、呕吐等症状。上尿路结石的发生不仅严重影响患者生活质量,甚至会对患者的生命健康造成威胁。因此,现阶段探索能够预防上尿路结石的方法是我国临床的重点工作内容。长期临床研究已经证实,上尿路结石的发生与患者饮食状况存在密切关系,提示我国临床可从饮食方面入手,制定上尿路结石的预防方法。现以遵义地区为例,对通过饮食预防上尿路结石的效果进行分析,旨在进一步降低该地区人群的上尿路结石发生率。On urinary stones is to point to in the body on kidney and ureter stones, for the uropoiesis surgical department common disease, after the onset of clinical symptoms mainly for rib ridge Angle, abdomen, waist, persistent or paroxysmal dull pain and cramps, severe patients may appear renal colic, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. On the occurrence of urinary stones is not only seriously affect the patients quality of life, and even a threat to the patient＇s life and health. Therefore, the exploration on urinary stones can prevent method is the key of the our country clinical work. Urinary stones on the long-term clinical studies have confirmed that there is a close relationship with the patients＇ diet, clinical can prompt our country from the aspects of diet, set on the prevention of urinary stones. Taking the Zunyi area as an example, the effect of dietary prevention on upper urinary calculi was analyzed to further reduce the incidence of upper urinary tract calculi in this area.
