摘  要:创业胜任力是创业者在一定的社会环境中经由创业过程展现出来的核心能力。它作为一种高层次的个体特征,由创业知识、创业素质和创业能力三个维度构成,每个维度又由若干个二级指标组成。受环境、教学、师资、评价等因素的制约,大学生在创业胜任力各构成要素上都存在不足,导致国内大学生创业比例明显偏低及大学生创业者创业成功率明显偏低。高校应着力从校园文化、教学体系、师资队伍、实践平台、教育评价等方面采取积极措施,以提升大学生创业胜任力。Entrepreneurial competency is the core competence of entrepreneurs which is presented in a certain social environment through entrepreneurial process. As a high level individual characteristic, entrepreneurial competency is made up of three dimensions such as business knowledge, entrepreneurial quality and entrepreneurship, and each dimension is composed of some secondary indicators. By the constraints of environment, teaching, teachers, evaluation and other factors, college students are insufficient on the constituent elements of entrepreneurial competency, so the proportion of college students; entrepreneurship is significantly low, and the entrepreneurial success rate of college student entrepreneurs is strikingly low, too. Therefore, universities should take positive measures, for example, campus culture, teaching system, teachers, practical platform, evaluation of education to enhance entrepreneurial competency of college students.
