专业社工介入孤残儿童家庭寄养的路径研究——以义乌市为例

摘　　要：孤残儿童在寄养家庭中能够得到较好的照料,有助于他们的社会化成长。当前孤残儿童家庭寄养中存在诸多的问题,比如孤残儿童在寄养家庭中的生活不适应、康复训练不多,寄养父母的心情不良等。通过对义乌市孤残儿童寄养家庭的走访,了解孤残儿童的生活和康复现状,专业社工应从孤残儿童对寄养生活适应、寄养父母心理健康、儿童照料技能培训、对寄养家庭的走访与监督等方面介入工作,为孤残儿童和寄养家庭提供更好的服务。Orphans and disabled children can be taken good care of in foster families, and it＇ s conducive to their social growth. There are many problems with the care provided by the foster family now, such as the orphans＇ and disabled children＇ s adaption to the life, insufficient rehabilitation training, and psychological problems of foster parents. We visited the foster families of Yiwu city to know the living conditions of the fostered children. Professional social work can provide better services for the foster families and children in many ways, such as helping the fostered children to adapt to the new family, helping foster parents with psychological counseling, teaching foster parents how to take better care of the children, visiting and supervising the foster family regularly.
