摘　　要：对辽宁省部分赛艇运动员进行乳酸无氧阈和通气无氧阈的测定,找出其对应的心率范围,并在夏训和冬训不同训练阶段实践中研究其应用,探索不同无氧阈测定手段的特点和有效应用领域,从而提高赛艇项目的有氧训练效果。Through the determination of lactic acid anaerobic threshold and ventilation anaerobic threslaotcl oIsome rowers in Liaoning Province, find out the corresponding heart rate range, study the application in summertraining and winter training, to explore the characteristics of different anaerobic threshold measurement andeffective application areas, in order to improve the rowing project aerobic training effect.
